做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
